Liquid nitrogen for food freezing, cryogenic preservation, shrink fitting and bulk inerting.
Overview
Liquid nitrogen is nitrogen cooled to about −196 °C. It is used directly for rapid freezing and cooling, and as a compact way to store large volumes of nitrogen gas for inerting, purging and blanketing on sites with high consumption.
